I'm so excited about 2024 – For context, we spent the second half of last year building out and refining our beta product with some amazing design partners – which put us in a great place to launch on the Shopify App Store earlier this year.

Now we've got a brilliant base product in place providing a seamless scheduled delivery system that's making brands money and massively improving the experience for their customers. We're now looking at how we can make Flare even better for both…

A sneak peak of a highly requested feature we're working on: the ability to help customers split the cost of their purchases over the period leading up to delivery in a way that doesn't involve credit (We're not big fans of Buy Now, Pay Later), to make the experience even better for customers, breaking down what can be an expensive item into affordable chunks, without dragging customers into debt – reducing the barrier to purchase and making brands even more money in a sustainable way.

📈 WHAT'S NEXT IN YOUR NICHE?

So – Today, we're in a place where we've got scheduled delivery working pretty well for brands. But our vision is much, much larger than this:

Currently, there’s a massive issue with waste and uncertainty that’s bankrupting brands and destroying the planet. A lot of this is caused by businesses not really knowing what the future looks like – and using historical data to forecast is pretty unreliable…

So – Our goal? Turn Flare into the crystal ball for e-commerce.

Imagine using our tech to harness future demand data, helping brands precisely manage stock levels to avoid overstocking or understocking, driving profits, and nailing sustainability. Think about it—while travel’s tapped into planned buying for decades, e-commerce hasn’t yet. So we’re here to drag it into the 21st century.
